Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) is part of California's innovative strategy to improve access to health care for more than six million men, women, children, aged, and disabled statewide who qualify for Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and Healthy Kids benefits. SCFHP is a public, not-for-profit agency created to provide quality health care for this population in Santa Clara County.
